Providing support to children, youth, adults and their families who require assistance to access community supports, information and services. Service Coordination is a goal-oriented and time limited service which can be accessed through a centralized intake process.
A person must have an intellectual disability and be living in the Mississauga community with his/her family in order to be eligible to access this service. Referrals and inquiries for children and youth can be made through the Kids Pathways Peel Network at www.kidspathwayspeel.com and for adults through Developmental Services Ontario at www.dsontario.ca.
