INFORMATION SESSIONS:

Community Living Mississauga is proud to offer a variety of Information Sessions to people who have an intellectual disability and their families living in Mississauga.  At these sessions, professionals speak about a wide variety of topics including – Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP), Wills and Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Guardianship, Role of the Trustee, and Financial Planning.

All information sessions are currently being offered virtually, and are presented on the Zoom platform

 

Estate Planning 101:

Learn about some of the points you may need to consider when completing your estate planning. General information about Wills and Trusts, the Registered Disability Savings Plan (RDSP) and other financial considerations will be available. We are offering three dates for you to choose from during the Fall 2020 season:

Passport: Daily Living

Information session for those who receive support. You will be provided with an overview of the approval process for Passport Funding, as well as examples of how you can use your Passport funding.  We will answer your questions regarding Passport guidelines, including new guidelines during Covid 19. Join in on our virtual information session and get your questions answered.
