The Family Home Program is a residential option that enables families or individuals to share their home and provide support to a person who has an intellectual disability.
We actively recruit people (families and individuals) who are committed to opening their homes to adults who have an intellectual disability.
- Full-time providers: those who are committed to welcoming an adult into their home on a full-time basis
- Respite providers: those who can offer short-term support on weekends or for longer periods as needed.
This partnership fosters personal growth and independence while offering a safe and nurturing environment.
Participants in the Family Home Program receive ongoing support, training, and financial remuneration.
