Windsor native Lino Tesolin has been a champion for hiring employees with disabilities long before he was honoured with induction into the Ontario Disability Employment Network’s Business Champions League.

The Lowe’s East Windsor store manager was recently inducted for his more than 30 years of progressive hiring practices and campaign to persuade others to do the same.

CTV News in Windsor interviews Lowe’s manager Lino Tesolin and employee Dayne Mitchell about Tesolin’s commitment to hiring people with disabilities and the valuable skills they contribute to the workplace.
