As we approach the holiday season, our office will be closed on Monday, December 25, Tuesday, December 26, 2023, and Monday, January 1, 2024. 

To ensure timely processing, we kindly request that all invoices received in our office before 4:30pm on Friday, December 15, 2023, will be processed and paid  to your service provider by Friday, December 22, 2023.

All invoices received after 4:30pm on Friday, December 15, 2023, will be processed the week of Tuesday, January 2, 2024. Your service provider can expect payment in their account by Friday, January 5, 2024.

We will make every effort to process all invoices within the timelines outlined above. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, please be aware that we may require more than the usual ten (10) business days to process invoices.

The office will reopen on Tuesday, January 2, 2024.
