If our Administrative Services team administers your Special Services at Home, Respite or Passport Funding, please take note of the dates below:

Our office will be closed for the holiday season on Friday, December 25, and Monday, December 28, 2020 along with Friday January 1, 2021. 

Invoices received in our office by Friday, December 18, 2020 at 4:30pm will be processed and should be in your service provider’s bank account by Thursday, December 24, 2020.

Invoices received in our office after 4:30pm on Friday, December 18, 2020 will be processed and should be in your service provider’s bank account by Friday, January 8, 2021.

Invoices can be scanned and emailed to AdministrativeServices@clmiss.ca or dropped off through the mail slot beside the front door of our office.

Barring any unforeseen circumstances (i.e., your funding has been depleted, documentation is missing, etc.) every effort will be made to process all invoices within the time lines outlined above. However, please be aware that we may require more than the usual ten (10) business days to process invoices.

Invoices cannot be submitted until after the service has been provided.
