Our office will be closed for the holiday season on Wednesday, December 25, and Thursday, December 26, 2019 and Wednesday, January 1, 2020.
Invoices received in our office by Friday, December 13, 2019 at 4:30 pm will be processed and should be in your service provider’s bank account by Friday, December 20, 2019.
Invoices received in our office after 4:30 pm on Friday, December 13, 2019 will be processed and should be in your service provider’s bank account by Friday, January 3, 2020.
Barring any unforeseen circumstances (i.e., your funding has been depleted, documentation missing, etc.) every effort will be made to process all invoices within the time lines outlined above. However, please be aware that we may require more than the usual ten (10) business days to process invoices.
Invoices cannot be submitted until after the service has been provided.
