2024 Annual General Meeting Attendees Information

On June 20, 2024 we will host Community Living Mississauga’s 69th Annual General Meeting (the “Meeting”) at the Mississauga Grand Banquet and Convention Centre.  The business meeting will be followed by a community celebration.

In order to attend the Meeting, Members are required to pre-register by RSVP at EventBrite. The Meeting will commence at 6:00 p.m. (EDT). If you have any questions, please contact margaretsa@clmiss.ca

  6. Slate of Candidates for Nomination of Directors
  7. Proxy Form (Note: to be valid, the form must be signed. Please download the form, complete the appropriate sections, print it, sign it, scan it and email it to margaretsa@clmiss.ca by the June 18th deadline or follow directions for mailing or drop of by the deadline).

Members are encouraged to submit a proxy in advance in order to ensure a smooth and efficient meeting. Members who have completed a proxy form may still RSVP and attend the business meeting in person.

However, Members who do wish to participate and vote at the Meeting should follow the instructions set forth below under heading “To Vote at the Meeting”.

TO VOTE BY PROXY: Members are asked to complete a proxy form no later than 5:00 p.m. (EDT) on June 18, 2024 by email to margaretsa@clmiss.ca.

TO VOTE AT THE MEETING: To attend and vote at the Meeting, Members must be pre-registered and be seated in the meeting room at the venue no later than 5:50 p.m. (EDT) on June 20th (at least 10 minutes prior to the commencement of the Meeting). Please check in at the Business Meeting check-in desk at the venue.
