Community Living Mississauga’s Employment Resource Centre is an Ontario Disability Support Program-Employment Supports Service Provider. We support job seekers who have an intellectual disability to secure competitive employment based on their goals and interests. Our supports focus on getting to know the job seeker and employers to ensure tailored job matches for successful employment.

 

Our Services Include

  • Employment Plan: Support to explore skills, aptitudes, interests and employment goals

  • Work Readiness: Workshops and 1:1 supports offered for career exploration, employer expectations, communication, conflict resolution, interview skills and more

  • Job Development: Individualized job search and planning to ensure a strong job match
  • Job Coaches: On the job training to enhance learning, build connections and foster positive employee-employer relations

  • Retention Supports: Ongoing supports to ensure job retention, career advancement and continual skill development
