We believe that individuals who have an intellectual disability have the right to live in the community and to actively participate in community life. Each individual, regardless of disability, should enjoy the full rights of citizenship and the full experience of membership in the community. Each individual has the right to pursue employment and to be able to determine the type of work they want to do.

  • Employment Plan: Individualized supports to plan for all the steps in reaching employment goals

  • Job Readiness: Career exploration, workshops, resume building and interview preparation

  • Assessments: Job trials to help identify individual interests and skill levels

  • Job Development: Individualized job search plan in finding the right job

  • Job Coaches: On the job training and ongoing job retention and maintenance supports

Who Is Eligible
