The March Break Teen Activity Program provides teens who have an intellectual disability, ages 13 to 21, with a March Break program option.  Staff provide support to small groups of teens to plan and participate in a variety of community activities such as sports, arts, movies and local day trips based on the interests of the teens.  Each group meets at a local community centre.  From these locations the day is spent participating in planned activities in the community.

March 16-20, 2015 (up to 40 hours)
Must be available to attend training sessions on March 8th, 13th and 14th 2015.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience supporting people who have an intellectual disability
  • Valid Police Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
