Service Coordination staff assist individuals and their families in obtaining the resources and services that are required to meet their needs. Assistance is provided in the areas of funding applications, school placement and advocacy, respite, seasonal programs, school to work/day alternative transitions and the development of long-term plans. Families require different levels of support at different times depending on their circumstances. We will discuss your needs with you to address your specific situation.
